On October 11, 2012, our breeding consultant, Dr. Suha Socha, the former president of the American Pig Improvement Association, accompanied by Chairman Xue Yongzhu, Farm Manager Wang Xiua, Breeding Technician Qiu Dingjie, Technical Manager Lin Chengquan, Assistant General Manager Luo Tingying, General Manager's Secretary Chen Meiling, Deputy Farm Manager Luo Li, and Market Department Deputy Manager Hong Qinwang from the Yongcheng Huaduo Core Breeding Farm, conducted routine guidance work in the breeding pig area, the rearing area, and the growing pig area. They also had a detailed exchange with our company's chairman regarding the current development trends of the farm.

In the breeding pig area, Dr. Suha inspected the usage of original breeding boars in this area (Duroc, Large White, and Landrace), the estrus of the sows, and the mating situation of the multiparous sows. He also had a detailed discussion with the area head regarding the current feeding and management plan adopted in this area. In the rearing area, Dr. Suha inspected the growth of the rearing piglets. He praised Yongcheng Huaduo Farm for having rearing piglets with good health and growth rate, which can effectively improve feed utilization.

In the breeding area, Chairman Xue Yongzhu and Dr. Su Ha exchanged their respective standards for selecting in-house boars. Then, under the guidance of breeding expert Qiu Dingjie, the two chose the in-house boars based on the situation in the breeding area.

Subsequently, Chairman Xue Yongzhu, Dr. Su Ha, Director Wang Xiua, Breeding Technician Qiu Dingjie, and other technical backbone members of Yongcheng Huaduo held a technical seminar in the meeting room. During the meeting, Dr. Su Ha expounded on her views on how to improve the on-site breeding management, and had discussions with the technical backbone members present. After the meeting, Chairman Xue Yongzhu deployed the next steps of the work.
